TRAVEL ITINERARY
DAY 01: MEDAN – BOHOROK. (Bukit Lawang Cottage)
Arrive at Polonia Medan airport by morning flight, meet service and
transfer to Bahorok in the northern direction of Medan takes around 3
hours. Upon arrival in Bahorok check-in at Bukit Lawang Cottage. In mid
afternoon walk to the jungle for seeing the orang-utans during their
feeding time at 15.00pm. Return back to hotel. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 02: BOHOROK – BRASTAGI. (Grand Mutiara Hotel) B
After breakfast depart to Berastagi via Medan. Upon arrival in Medan city
tour visiting Sultan Deli palace, great mosque and old city of Kesawan.
Lunch at local restaurant before continuing to Berastagi. On the way stop
at Peceren village and fruit market in Berastagi,. Check-in at Hotel Grand
Mutiara. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 03: BRASTAGI – SAMOSIR ISLAND (Silintong Htl / Similar) B
After breakfast drive to Parapat with enroute stop at another Batak Karo
village in Dokan, then continue to Sipisopiso waterfall and long house in
Pematang Purba. Upon arrival in Parapat crossing to Samosir Island by
ferry boat and arrival at Samosir Island check in to hotel..
DAY 04: SAMOSIR EXCURSION. B
After breakfast excursion on Samosir Island by car or Ferry boat enroute
stops at the vilages of : Ambarita (stone court-yards where once used by
the ancient tribal chieftain), then continue to the village of Simanindo (Batak
Toba traditional dance called tor-tor) and Tomok (old tombs of king
Sidabutar and his descendants who had ever ruled in part of Samosir
island), Afternoon return back to hotel.
DAY 05: PARAPAT – SIPIROK. (Tor Sibohi Nauli Hotel) B
Breakfast at hotel. Depart to Sipirok via Porsea, Tarutung and Pahae Jae
village. On the way stop at Lumban Julu and Pitoluan villages to see
tradituonal Batak houses and weavings, then proceed to Dolok Tolong where
you can admire the view of Lake Toba and hotsprings in Tarutung. Lunch
enroute included. Late afternoon arrive in Sipirok check-in at Hotel
Torsibohi for dinner and overnight.
DAY 06: SIPIROK – BUKITTINGGI. (Pusako / Denai Hotel) B
Breakfast at hotel. Depart to Bukittinggi through most beautiful side of
Sumatra island. Lunch enroute is served during this trip. Stop at Rimbo
Panti Nature Reserve. Mark your date and time when passing the equatorial
monument in Bonjol. On arrival in Bukittinggi check-in Hotel Pusako.
Dinner and overnight.
DAY 07: BUKITTINGGI TOUR. B
After an early breakfast at hotel start the day tour by driving to Batang
Palupuh for visiting Rafflesia Sanctuary. Then continuing to Lake Maninjau.
On the way stop at Embun Pagi where you could see the nice view of Lake
Maninjau. Lunch enroute included. In mid noon drive back to Bukittinggi.
Dinner and night at hotel.
DAY 08: BUKITTINGGI – PADANG - AIRPORT. B
Right after breakfast at hotel depart to Padang via Padang Panjang and
Anai Valley takes approx. 2 hours. Upon arrival in Padang proceed directly
to Minangkabau International Airport for catching your flight to the next
destination. Tour ends.

Accommodation based on twin sharing room at above mentioned hotels,
private air-conditioned car, tours, transfers as specified, entrance fees,
permit fees and service of tour guide throughout the tour.

Air fares, Airport taxes, Insurance, Donation, Meals (L, D), Tips and All
personal gratuities.
Note : For participant maximum 6 persons will use car for Samosir
excursion, above 6 persons by Ferry boat.
