Mentawai 10 Days Surf Trip - Nyang Nyang and
Play Ground
The Mentawai Islands are one of the most
consistent destinies to surf
worldwide. Its enormous exhibition towards the Indian Ocean provides these
paradise islands with great consistence and quality. This archipelago of
Islands attracts swells all year round with the swell being bigger towards
the middle of the year. The waves are generally 4 - 6ft and can reach the
10 - 15 ft range occasionally. The variety of waves here means that all
standards of surfers will enjoy the Mentawai Islands.
Surf Trip Itinerary
Day 1 : PADANG ARRIVAL – SIBERUT
Welcome in Padang, our guide will meet and greeting you at the airport and
ready to take you to Port get the ferry in the afternoon or night time, if
you arrive in the morning we will take you to the closed hotel for relax
and transit.
DAY 2 : SIBERUT – NYANG NYANG – SURFING
Arrive in Siberut in the Morning, the Speedboat are ready to take you to
Nyang Nyang Island and Karang Majat area who has many option for surf.
DAY 3 TILL DAY 8 : SURFING IN NYANG – NYANG
Morning after Breakfast, Our Speedboat operator who has knowladge about
the wind for predict the good wave you can ride, most of beach in Mentawai
Island have white sand beach.
We camped in Nyang - Nyang Island which is famous for its constant Swell.
There are at least 5 Spots. Our guests named a new wave - Nopussy (near by
Nipussi), just for Bodyboard pros.

DAY 9 : SIBERUT – PADANG
Today we prepare to came back, and still can surf in the morning, after
lunch we go to Muara Siberut and take ferry in the afternoon or night time
arrive in Padang in the Morning.
DAY 10 : PADANG – OUT
Arrive in the morning we ready to transfer you to Airport, if your flight
in the afternoon, we can transit at the hotel in Padang till your flight
leaving, End Tour.
