TRIP ITINERARY
DAY 01 : AIRPORT / MEDAN – HOTEL ( Tiara / Best Western Asean Htl)
Upon arrival at Polonia Airport Medan pick uo by our tour guide and then
transfer to hotel in Medan. Afternoon free at own leisure
DAY 02: MEDAN – TANGKAHAN ( Mega Inn / bamboo river Guest House) B
After breakfast drive to Tangkahan via Binjai and Tanjung Pura, on the way
visit several villages where you can see the daily activities of local
people, arrival at Tangkahan (A Part of Leuser National Park) check In to
simple Guest House. Afternoon free at own leisure or walking around the
area of the hotel, at the Bank of the river and the possibility to see the
Elephant washing at the river.
DAY 03: ELEPHANT SAFARI + RIVER SAFARI. B
After breakfast walking to the Bank of the River and then by Elephant
walking to the jungle, passing and crossing the river and the possibility
to see several kind of flora and fauna in the rain tropical forest. After
lunch time explore the river where the possibility to see thousand of
butterfly on the beach of the river and contact with local peoples
afternoon return back to hotel.
DAY 04: TANGKAHAN – BUKIT LAWANG ( Bukit Lawang Cottage / Rindu Alam) B
After breakfast drive to Bukit Lawang by motor bike / Jeep, on the way
stop at several plantation for rubber, cocoa and palm oil, arrival at
Bukit Lawang check in to hotel and afternoon free at own leisure.
DAY 05:LEUSER NATIONAL PARK TRACKING (Overnight Tent OR Shelter) B,L,D
Second day Tracking in the jungle will take for 6 to 7 hours and will
explore the park and walking down to the bank of the river where we can
take a swim on the river, during the tracking the wild life in the jungle
will be a fantastic experience.
DAY 06:CONTINUE TRACKING – RETURN TO HOTEL. B, L.
After breakfast prepared by tour guide continue tracking, today is full
day walking and explore the rain tropical forest with their wild life
living in their natural habitat. Afternoon return to hotel.
DAY 07: BUKIT LAWANG - BRASTAGI.( Grand Mutiara / Brastagi Cottage) B
After breakfast drive to Brastagi with stop at Sembahe river and Sikulikap
waterfall and visit Batak Karo traditional village at Peceren, and fruit
market, afternoon check in to hotel.
DAY 08: CLIMBING UP SIBAYAK VULCANO. B
After early breakfast in the morning climbing up to Sibayak Vulcano, the
trekking will take about 4 to 5 hours to the Top of Sibayak, return back
to Brastagi via Sidebuk – debuk hotsprings, enjoying the swimming on
sulfur swimming pool, afternoon return back to hotels.
DAY 09: BRASTAGI – SAMOSIR . (Silintong / Toledo Inn) B
After breakfast drive to Parapat on the way visit Sipiso-piso waterfall,
Rumah Bolon (Long house ) the old palace of Batak Simalungun Kings and
Simarjarunjung to see the view of Lake Toba, upon arrival at Parapat
crossing to Samosir Island by ferry boat arrival at Samosir check in to
hotel.
DAY10: MOTOR BIKE TOUR. B
After breakfast you may choose to explore Samosir Island “ The Area of
Batak Toba people” by Motor Cycle to the Top of Samosir Hill to see Small
Lake at the Top of the Hill called Sidahoni Lake, where of the way
visiting several Batak Toba village, to see the activities of local people
such us visiting children on the school, visiting the village where the
local people make traditional hand weaving and other activities. When you
prefer tracking, our tour guide will accompany tracking to the jungle on
Samosir Island with the possibility to stop at several villages.Afternoon
return to hotel.
DAY 11: SAMOSIR FREE AT OWN LEISURE. B
Today is a free time to relax, swimming, sun bathing or walking around the
villages and still possible to take a Boat trip

DAY 12: SAMOSIR – SIPIROK. (Tor Sibohi Htl)B.
After breakfast crossing back to Parapat and arrival at Parapat drive
to Sipirok, on the way stop at Pineapple, clove, and coffee plantation and
visiting traditional market at Balige Sigur-gur and Sipoholon Hot Springs.
Before arrival at Sipirok the day enjoy the nature by walking at the bank
of Sarulla river, the rice terrace and arrival at Sipirok check in to
hotel.
DAY 13: SIPIROK – BUKITTINGGI (Pusako / Denai Htl) B .
Leave Sipirok for Bukittinggi by passing rain tropical forest of Rimba
Panti and stop will be made to see the attraction of monkey picking up the
coconut. Visit pepper, vanilla, cardamon and cinnamon garden, and crossing
the equator line at Bonjol, afternoon arrival at Bukittinggi the charming
towns of Minangkabau directly check in to hotel.
DAY 14: BUKITTINGGI MINANGKABAU TOUR. B
After breakfast drive to Batu Sangkar via Tabek Patah, on the way stop at
Rao-Rao to visit Minangkabau traditional village and stop to see
traditional village and stop to see traditional coffee milling, arrival at
Batu Sangkar drive to Pagaruyung to visit the Palace of Minangkabau
Kingdom, afternoon return to Bukittinggi via Padang Panjang and visit
Pandai Sikat village to see Minangkabau traditional hand weaving and wood
carving.
DAY 15: BUKITTINGGI – TREKKING PUNCAK LAWANG TO MANINJAU ( Pasir
Panjang htl)B
After breakfast drive to Puncak Lawang, on the way stop to see traditional
Sugar Cane Miling and then enjoying the view of Lake Maninjau from the Top
of Lawang, then walking down trough the jungle, enjoying the wild animal
with flora and fauna of tropical forest, in the middle of the jungle stop
to see Waterfall and rest, then continue trekking to Bayur village,
arrival at Bayur village by car drive to Hotel.
DAY 16: MANINJAU – FREE.
Today is a free time to enjoy swimming, sun bathing, cycling or just
walking to the villages around the hotel.
DAY 17: MANINJAU – KERSIK TUO.
After breakfast drive to Solok passing Lake Singkarak, Lake Diatas and
Lake di Bawah, enjoying the nice view of real tropical forest a long the
way with a fantastic view of Tea Plantation at Kayu Aro, arrival at Kersik
Tuo overnight at Simple Losmen.
DAY 18: LAKE GUNUNG TUJUH TREKKING. (Subandi / Paiman Guest House)
B.L,D
After breakfast, transfer by bus to Lake Mount seven National Park for
about 1 hours. Lake Danau Tujuh is a huge-mysterious lake on 1.995 m above
sea level and surrounded by primary rainforest and 7 hills. Lunch will be
served on the side of the lake. The pristine area around the lake is known
as the habitat of Sumatran Tigers, Sumatran Elephants, Primates, endemic
birds of Sumatra as well as research area for the “small man” who live in
the jungle around the lake. Most of the day is spent by trekking and
explore the surrounding in search for animals, birds and exotic plants.
Dinner and overnight in a tent.
DAY 19: CONTINUE TRACKING. B,L,D
Today will continue tracking to explore the nature of Kerinci Seblat
National park, experience more fauna and fauna of the national park.
DAY 20: TRACKING BACK TO KERSIK TUO. B,L
After breakfast tracking to other side of National park and walking back
to Kersik Tuo, afternoon arrival at Kersik Tuo back to hotel.
DAY 21: SANGIR RIVER EXPLORATION WITH TRADISIONAL CANOE. B,L
After breakfast drive to Sangir River and then starting by traditional
canoe explore the river where enjoying the nature with its flora and fauna
and then return back to starting point tracking trough the jungle, small
village and rice field, afternoon return back to guest house.
DAY 22: KERSIK TUO – BANGKO (Permata / Bukit Indah htl) B
After breakfast visiting Semurup Hot Spring, Old Historical Mosque with
its Giant Drum and Lake Kerinci, then drive to Bangko on the way passing
rain tropical forest with its flora and fauna. Stop will be made at
several interesting places and arrival at Bangko check in to hotel.
DAY 23: EXPLORE KUBU PRIMITIVE TRIBE. B.L.D
After breakfast drive around 2 hours to the village near the jungle then
walking to the jungle to explore where the nomadic Kubu people live and
witness their daily activity and its traditional and culture, picnic lunch
box provide and afternoon return back to hotel.
DAY 24: BANGKO –PADANG ( The Ambacnag Htl / Similar) B
After breakfast drive to Bukittinggi via Trans Sumatra highway and with
stop at Muara Bungo, Singkarak Lake and passing several interesting
places, arrival at Bukittinggi the charming town of Minangkabau directly
check in to hotel.
DAY 25: HOTEL - AIRPORT / TRANSFER. B
After breakfast free at own leisure until time transfer to airport. TOUR
END
